Step by step to request the email change

Confirm your request in writing
Send an email to soporte@cryptomkt.com stating the following:

"I wish to change my email associated with my account registered with the email [example2@xxxx.xx]. The new email is [example2@xxxx.xx]." -
Prepare and send a selfie with the following items
Take a selfie holding:
Your identification document (ID, ID card, or passport).
A handwritten sheet where the following must be clearly visible:

Current date

Email of the account to be deactivated

Email of the new account

Your registered personal phone number
All data must be clear and legible in the same image.

Send all the information to support
Attach the selfie and the written confirmation to the email sent to soporte@cryptomkt.com.

The process may take up to 72 business hours depending on document validation.
The new email must not be associated with any account on CryptoMKT.
