¿How to disable 2-step authentication if you lost access to your authenticator?
If you no longer have access to your authentication app (due to device loss, app deletion, or phone change), you can recover access by following these steps.
Step-by-step to disable 2FA without access to your app
-
Access the CryptoMKT login page
Go to https://www.cryptomkt.com/account/login and log in with your email and password

-
On the authentication screen, click on "I lost my device"
After entering your details, the system will ask for the 2FA code.
Since you don't have access to the authenticator, click on the "I lost my device" option that appears on the screen.

-
Enter your backup words
If you saved the backup words we provided when you activated your account, you will need to enter them now.
Enter the words in the correct order in the indicated field.
-
If you don't have the backup words
Click on "I lost my backup words" if you don't have them.
The system will offer an alternative to validate your identity.

-
Verification via code sent to your phone
CryptoMKT will send an authentication code via SMS to the phone number registered on your account.
Click on "Request code."
Enter the received code in the corresponding field.

You're done
Once you complete this process successfully, you will be able to recover access to your account and manage your two-step authentication settings.
We recommend re-enabling 2FA immediately to protect your account.
Having additional issues?
