How to create a business account on CryptoMKT (Colombia)?
If you represent a company or legal entity and wish to operate on our institutional platform, follow these steps to create and verify your account.
Step 1: Create the account

Visit our official website www.cryptomkt.com

Click on "Create Account"

Follow the steps to create an account.
Before completing the institutional verification, you must complete the personal verification of the legal representative.

Log in with the email and password of the account you created.

In "My Data," select the option "I AM A COMPANY" and complete the identity verification (KYC) in the name of the company's legal representative.

Wait for approval of this verification before continuing with the institutional process.
Once the basic verification is approved, you will need to submit the following mandatory documents via the platform (section "My Data" or through direct contact with institutional support):
Required documentation:

Articles of incorporation of the company

Assembly minutes with the appointment of authorities, valid and registered in IGJ

Note detailing the shareholders or owners, including:

Full name
-
Date of birth
-
DNI/Passport/CUIT/CUIL/CDI

Address
-

Identity document of the president or authorized representative
-
Basic service bill (electricity, gas, phone, internet, bank) in the name of the president/representative (maximum 3 months old)

Latest Income Tax Declaration (or VAT Declaration if the previous one is not available)

Proof of registration with AFIP
-
Proof of registration with IIBB
-
AFIP SIPER report
-
Complete bank details: bank, account number, ALIAS, account type, beneficiary, address, SWIFT, etc.

Proof of CBU banking
-
Latest balance sheet or financial statements (or income certification issued by an accountant)

Power of attorney for the signatory (e.g., notarial power), if not the president
-
Proof of origin of funds
If any shareholder owns more than 10% of the shares, the following must also be presented for each:

DNI/Passport/CUIT/CUIL/CDI

Basic service bill in their name (no older than 3 months)
