If you represent a company or legal entity and want to operate on our institutional platform, follow this step-by-step guide to create and verify your account.

Step 1: Create the account

1. Go to our official website www.cryptomkt.com

2. Click on "Create account"

3. Follow the steps to create an account.
   

Step 2: Basic verification
Before performing institutional verification, you must complete the personal verification of the legal representative.

1. Log in with the email and password of the created account.

2. In "My Data," select the option "I AM A COMPANY" and complete the identity verification (KYC) on behalf of the company's legal representative.

3. Wait for approval of this verification to continue with the institutional process.

Step 3: Institutional verification
Once the basic verification is approved, you must submit the following mandatory documents through the platform (section "My Data" or by direct contact with institutional support):

Required documentation:

• Company formation statutes

• General Assembly minutes with designation of current authorities and registration with IGJ

• A note detailing the shareholders or owners, including:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • DNI/Passport/CUIT/CUIL/CDI

  • Address

• Identity document of the president or proxy

• Basic service bill (electricity, gas, phone, internet, bank) in the name of the president/proxy (no more than 3 months old)

• Last Income Tax Return (or VAT Return if the previous one is not available)

• Proof of registration with AFIP

• Proof of registration with IIBB

• AFIP SIPER report

• Complete bank details: bank, account number, ALIAS, account type, beneficiary, address, SWIFT, etc.

• Proof of CBU

• Last financial statements or accounting reports (or income certification issued by an accountant)

• Power of attorney for the signatory (e.g., notarial power of attorney), if not the president

• Proof of funds origin

Step 4: Additional documentation (if applicable)
If any shareholder holds more than 10% of the shares, the following documents must also be presented for each one:

• DNI/Passport/CUIT/CUIL/CDI

• Basic service bill in their name (no more than 3 months old)
