If you represent a company or legal entity and wish to operate on our institutional platform, follow this step-by-step guide to create and verify your account.

Step 1: Create the account
Go to our official website: www.cryptomkt.com

Click on “Create Account”

Follow the steps to create an account.

Step 2: Basic verification
Before proceeding with the institutional verification, you must complete the personal verification of the legal representative.
Log in using the email and password of the created account.

In “My Data,” select the option “I AM A COMPANY” and complete the identity verification (KYC) on behalf of the company’s legal representative.

Wait for the approval of this verification to continue with the institutional process.

Step 3: Institutional verification
Once the basic verification is approved, you must submit the following required documents through the platform (section "My Data") or by direct contact with institutional support:
Required documentation:

• Articles of Incorporation of the Company

• Shareholders’ Meeting Minutes with current appointment of authorities and registration with the IGJ

• Note detailing the shareholders or owners, including:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • DNI/Passport/CUIT/CUIL/CDI

  • Address

• Identity document of the president or legal representative

• Utility bill (electricity, gas, phone, internet, bank) in the name of the president/representative (issued within the last 3 months)

• Latest Income Tax Return (or VAT Return if the former is not available)

• AFIP Registration Certificate

• IIBB Registration Certificate

• SIPER Report from AFIP

• Complete bank account details: bank, account number, ALIAS, account type, beneficiary, address, SWIFT, etc.

• Bank CBU Certificate

• Latest balance sheet or financial statements (or income certification issued by an accountant)

• Power of attorney (e.g., notarized power), if the signatory is not the president

• Proof of funds origin

Step 4: Additional documentation (if applicable)
If any shareholder owns more than 10% of the shares, the following must also be submitted for each one:

• DNI/Passport/CUIT/CUIL/CDI

• Utility bill in their name (no older than 3 months)
