Load your balance through bank transfers

To make a deposit in your local currency, simply choose the Load Balance option to your account. CryptoMKT

For each country you will find different options. The most common is by bank transfer and here we will show you the steps to follow for this option.

Click on "Bank Transfer" and you will see a window with the details to make the transfer from your personal bank website.

After making the transfer, you must notify the deposit by sending proof of the transfer through the same form.

Once the deposit has been notified, your request will appear as a request pending confirmation in the lower area of ​​your Wallet.

There are certain fundamental requirements that could cause your deposit to be rejected. Here are some causes and corresponding solutions:

Rejection of your Deposit

To deposit into our bank account, you must know that there are fundamental requirements that may have been the cause of your deposit being rejected:

Being a Basic User and exceeding the allowed account limit: when a basic user deposits more than their allowed account limit (for example 800,000 CLP or 1,000,000 ARS every 30 days), they must upload the requested documentation to upgrade to Trader level and then notify the deposit again.

You can also make a request for your money back, a process that takes longer.

Only make the notification without prior transfer: a common mistake is to think that when you notify the deposit, the transfer will automatically be made from your bank account.

To credit your wallet, you must take some steps first:

From your bank account you must transfer the amount to the bank account of CryptoMKT which will be specified in the wallet and then you must go to the "Load balance" section, this way you will be able to notify your bank deposit.

Report an incorrect amount: yes you notify an incorrect amount than your bank transfer, you must contact our support to reject your notification so you can notify your deposit again.

Remember that the value must be entered without periods or commas.

Transfer from a company account: if you are the owner of a company account and you made a transfer from there to your personal account within our platform, this will be rejected because it will be considered a third-party account transfer.

The options you will have will be: create an institutional account for the company and notify the deposit, or request a refund of the money.

Transfer from a third-party account: If you made a transfer from a third-party account that is not in your name, you have two options:

1-The account holder must create a user in CryptoMKT and subsequently notify the transfer, 

2- Request a refund of the money.

To request a refund, you must contact the Support team and they will contact you via email and carry out the procedure for your money to be returned.

Payment via Debit or Credit Card (Chile)

The most common causes are:

  • Issuing bank declined the card.

  • Insufficient funds.

  • Card not yet enabled by the financial system.

  • The amount to be paid exceeds the maximum allowed by your bank.
