When you try to access from a new device, CryptoMKT sends a verification code to your registered email to confirm your identity.
If you didn’t receive the email, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check your Spam or Junk folder
Open your email inbox.
Look in the Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
Step 2: Make sure your email is not blocking our messages
It’s possible that you marked our emails as spam or requested to stop receiving communications.
If that’s the case:
Add the domain cryptomkt.com to your "whitelist."
If your email service has special filters, create a rule to allow all emails from CryptoMKT.
Step 3: Request to rejoin our mailing list
If you stopped receiving our emails by mistake, you can request to be re-added to the mailing list:
Contact us by emailing soporte@cryptomkt.com
Provide your registered email and request to reactivate the receipt of our emails.
Step 4: Request a new device code
Once you confirm you can receive our emails:
Try to log in again.
When you see the verification notice, select “Resend code.”
You should receive a new email in a few minutes.
