What to Do If Your Device Was Blocked Due to Unusual Activity on CryptoMKT

If we recently detected a login from a new device or an unusual location on your CryptoMKT account, we will block access from that device for security reasons.
To unlock it, you will need to complete an additional verification by following the steps below.

Step-by-Step Guide to Unlock Your Device

Step 1: Prepare the Following Items

  • Your identity document (ID) registered on CryptoMKT.

  • A blank sheet of paper.

  • A pen to write the required declaration by hand.

  • A camera or phone to take the picture.

Step 2: Write the Declaration by Hand
On the sheet of paper, you must write exactly the following text:
"I, [full name], with ID number [document number], declare that I am accessing my account on the CryptoMKT platform, created by my own will, and I have never sold or traded it to third parties. I request the unlocking of my devices to invest in cryptocurrencies with my own funds. [Date of request]."
Make sure to also include your registered phone number on CryptoMKT written on the paper.
Everything must be handwritten (no typed text).
Printed declarations will be rejected.

Step 3: Take a Selfie Following These Instructions
You must appear in the photo holding:

  • Your identity document (ID)

  • The sheet with the handwritten declaration

The selfie must be clear, without cuts, and showing all of the content.
If preferred, someone else can assist you in taking the photo for convenience.




Step 4: Send the Selfie to Support
Send the photo to our support team via email at soporte@cryptomkt.com

Subject: Device Unlock - [Your registered email]
Include in the email:

  • Your registered email on CryptoMKT

  • A brief explanation: "I request the unlocking of my device."

Important Considerations

  • The document must be the same one you originally registered on the platform.

  • The sheet must be handwritten and signed if possible.

  • Images in which the sheet or document are incomplete or illegible will not be accepted.

  • If you use a VPN, your device may be detected again as insecure.
