Important: The document must clearly show your full name, address, and issue date. Screenshots or editable documents are not accepted.

2. Go to the “My Information” section

Once logged in, navigate to the top or side menu and select the "My Information" and "Verify Residence" options.

3. Upload your residence document

During the verification process, choose “Proof of Residence” and upload the file in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.

4. Wait for validation
