Why was my proof of residence rejected?
If you received a notification informing you that your proof of address was rejected, it is likely due to an inconsistency between the address on the document and the one registered in your account.
How to correct and re-upload your proof of residence?
1. Check your registered address
Log in to your account at www.cryptomkt.com
Go to "My Data" and verify that the registered address is correct.
2. Prepare a new valid document
Make sure that:

The document shows the exact same address as registered in your account.

It is recent (no older than 3 months).

It is in your name and clearly legible. Check the accepted document types by country:
3. Re-upload the document
Go to My Data > Proof of address
Upload the new file (JPG, PNG, or PDF)
4. Wait for validation
You will receive an email notification once your document is approved or if any further corrections are needed.
