You may submit one of the following documents, issued within the last 3 months:

• Utility bill (water, electricity, internet, telephone)

• Bank statement from your savings account
  

• AFP address certificate.
  

• Valid driver's license.
  

• Certificate of neighborhood council.
  

• Notarized certificate of residence

• Utility bill in your partner’s name, along with a marriage certificate

• Utility bill in your parents’ name, along with a birth certificate

Important: The document must clearly show your full name, address, and issue date. Screenshots or editable documents are not accepted.

Step-by-Step Guide to Upload Your Proof of Residence

Go to the official website  www.cryptomkt.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Go to the “My Information” section

Once logged in, navigate to the top or side menu and select the "My Information" and "Verify Residence" options.

3. Upload your residence document

During the verification process, choose “Proof of Residence” and upload the file in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.

4. Wait for validation

Our team will review your document within a maximum of 24 business hours. If everything is in order, your residence will be verified, and your profile status will be updated.
